What’s Next?

Have you ever wondered if at the eleventh hour you realize that you have lost that book of which you have your exam right after 9 hours and you have no other choice except to face the reality? You have no other choice except to hue and cry? In these times of ‘reality-checks’ , what do we do?We  turn our faces toward Allah and start seeking His aid. And after the aid is given, we do what? We turn away again… again and again. We start considering ourselves as intellectuals ,as if we passed the exam by using our own minds, skills and time accurately. We become arrogant and self-conceited. Ostensibly, we proclaim in times of quandary, ‘We will not disobey you again o Allah, help us this time.’  Ain’t it? Doesn’t it give us the indication of the state of Pharoah who when was touched with the affliction turned to Allah and would do the same as we do? How many times Allah helped us and how many times we turned away? He gave us and gives us chances to turn to Him frequently, not that once in a life. He gives us chances to repent every day and every hour. He reminds us of Himself by showing us His signs. When the sun rises everday , when the full moon shines every fortnight, when the night sets, when the birds fly, when we move, hear, see without any difficulty on our part, when we breath, when a person dies next doors. And if still people donot pay heed, then Allah sends calamities to remind the people of HIM, when He sends the earthquakes, the tornadoes. Then ,He reminds us of HIM, when in the states of predicament, we find nothing but to PRAY.We find no one else by our sides and desperately turn to Him and pray.
What if we die right at this moment? NO SECOND CHANCE. YOLO? Yes, you live only once, but, when on the day of resurrection, we will be taken up, Allah will NOT GIVE US ANOTHER CHANCE. That, too, will be YOLO and that YOLO will be eternal. Do we need any other gurantor other than the Quran? Signs upon signs, and still we are heedless. You think chasing your desires will help you attain your destination? Don’t let your nafs misguide you. JUST DONOT. If you donot believe me, then READ. Remind yourself of this verse every day, every hour and every minute : “[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed – and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving.” [Surah Al-Mulk ; Verse 2] If you find any mistakes or errs ,kindly send an email : silentwords864@gmail.com

An unexpected gift

Abu arrived early in the morning around 3:30 A.M. Just like every other kid, I too started looking up for what HE HAD BROUGHT for us. After jumbling up everything, I went into the room and he asked me to give him his medicines. I went back, took out all the things again and just when I obtained the requried thing, I cursory gazed at that packed ‘PACKET’.
“Oh, I forgot to open it.” I thought to myself. I handed Abu his medicines. Returned to lounge and opened the packet.
“OH MY ALLAH!” I literally even forgot to SHRIEK.My heart skipped a beat. The book, That BOOK, my Allah… It was the BIOGRAPHY of the same Sahabiyah by the same author I wanted to read.

I recalled that day when I had not enough money to buy THIS book and how I really wished. I recalled that very day just a week before EID, when my friend was requesting me to come over some place and she would let me buy the same book as an EID present and I couldn’t go. I regretted lately.

And today I got it? I was feeling overwhelmed. My sentiments had mixed up. Everything was getting muddled.

How does it feel when someone surprise you? If a DEAREST friend send u something in the midst of night?

“DID I ever ask Abu for this?” I asked myself and the answer was a BIG “NO.”
I never did. Who listened to me then? How did I get it?

And, the answer was, the ONE who is ‘ALL-KNOWING’. ALLAH.He listened to my UNSPOKEN dua’. I never asked HIM for this but still I got it. While praying fajr, the only thing which was crossing my mind continuosly and even after that,

“He listened to which I never asked for,  what about ASKING HIM?”

It might be that , we’re looking for a RIGHT thing at a wrong time, so its better to WAIT. As, waiting bears PATIENCE and there is no replacement of PATIENCE except REWARD.
Allah listens and HE listens to us all ,yet, we’re neglectful.

Be grateful and wait for the miracles in your life. “Gratitude” is one ‘SILENT WORD’. Develop this habit and be undoubtful of whatever happens next. As, Allah knows and you KNOW not.

The Pledge of Protection Given to Abu Bakr (radiallaahu `anhu) (Hadith No. 1990)

Volume 3, Book 37, Number 494 :
Narrated by Aisha (radiallaahu `anhaa) (wife of the Prophet)
Since I reached the age when I could remember things, I have seen my parents worshipping according to the right faith of Islam. Not a single day passed but Allah’s Apostle (sallallaahu `alayhi wasallam) visited us both in the morning and in the evening. When the Muslims were persecuted, Abu Bakr (radiallaahu `anhu) set out for Ethiopia as an emigrant. When he reached a place called Bark-al-Ghimad, he met Ibn Ad-Daghna, the chief of the Qara tribe, who asked Abu Bakr (radiallaahu `anhu), “Where are you going?” Abu Bakr (radiallaahu `anhu) said, “My people have turned me out of the country and I would like to tour the world and worship my Lord.” Ibn Ad-Daghna said, “A man like you will not go out, nor…

So you think Islamic weddings are boring?!

Youth Club Blog

Amazing ideas brought to you by the Youth Club Street Dawah Team

There is an outdated cliche with regards to practicing God fearing brothers and sisters that because they are so ‘boring’, then obviously their weddings will be drab too!

People would complain:

Where is the pumping loud Bhangra music?!

Bhangra and Dhol apparently being the ultimate expression of human bliss!

Where are the funky dance moves?!

Where is the intermingling?!

I mean, don’t we dress to impress?  Didn’t we buy the latest designer Versace suit or the latest Sobia Nazir lehanga to get noticed by the opposing gender?!

Marriage between two people is indeed an occasion of great celebration.  Islam, in its this beauty and perfection, guides us how to express this happiness within limits- like everything else in life!

If the feeling of joy and ecstasy is not checked, things can quickly get out of control.  It can…

Teens on Deen

Bismillahir Rehman ‘nir Raheem,

MWE’s coach once said :
“You learn from your experiences”

“Teens on Deen” was the idea I was thinking and pondering over for last year (2013). I tried writing an article on it once but couldn’t succeed. And then Allah sent this beautiful idea into my mind. Indeed , Allah is the best of planners.

I will share the stories of Teens here and their positive demeanor toward Allah’s religion.  I’d share what I will observe in my fellows. And I’ll share how did this experience affect my life and to which extent in shaa ALLAH.

Let’s prepare ourselves for the Question we will be asked on the Last DAY :

Where did you spend your YOUTH?”
Remember the verse of  Al-Kahf (The Cave) :

“Indeed, they were youths who believed in their Lord, and We increased them in guidance.

Before leaving blog,  invoke Allah for my sincere intentions and that may He accept my this endeavor.

Jazakumullah khyran khateera.

Words That Value :)

Bismillahi Rehman’ nir Raheem !

Life is scarcely credible.Today you’re taking breathe ,tomorrow you’re six feet below.

The concept of   “Silent Words”  is not that old.It exists in my mind as “The words that are exhibited by your Character”.Yes ! Your character.

Your every day “Action” is a Silent word for someone. You might be a Role Model for your friend, mate, fellow, cousin, sister, brother or any of yours Aquaintances or may be for any Anonymous.

In order to have a great great character, one should must consider whom he/she is followin’? Who’re his/her role models?Whom he/she consider the most?
Who else could be the most greatest person than the greatest man Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon Him) 🙂
Although, My objectives are :
-To improve the inner characteristics.
-To make it Sadqah e Jariyah for me and my family.
-To become a source of Hidayah for someone.

Jazakumullah Khyran kaseera.

Fly High 🙂
Fe amanillah.
Remember me in your dua’as.
